PED211 Motor Learning and Development
Motor Learning and development will prepare students to teach motor skills to a broad variety of individuals of different ages, developmental levels and abilities in a variety of settings, including educational, athletic, clinical, and fitness settings. Students will examine the cognitive, physical and social abilities that affect the development of motor skills from infancy to older adulthood. Students will learn how to develop movement programs for all types of learners—from those with significant disabilities to extremely high-level learners.
