PED142 Fundamentals of Yoga

This course explores yoga postures, breathing techniques, and methods for concentration and meditation through an interdisciplinary approach. in conjunction with the physical practice, students will learn the history, philosophy, and cultural perspective of yoga through readings, writing assignments, and discussion aimed at improving life through the wisdom of this timeless discipline.
