ESL072 ESL Intermediate Writing
This is an intermediate writing course for English language learners. Focus is on the use of intermediate level grammar and vocabulary in writing simple, compound, and some complex sentences within descriptive and narrative paragraphs with a focus and a beginning, middle and end. Emphasis is placed on beginning to use the steps of the writing process, responding to readings using quotation, and level-appropriate self-correction. This course requires work in a computer lab during class.
