CLN106 Cooking Techniques 2

Students in this course will build upon the fundamental knowledge and skills that they obtained in Cooking Techniques 1.  Cooking Techniques 2 is designed to expand the students’ understanding of recipe development and hands on skill.  In this course, Students will learn how to utilize unique ingredients and cooking techniques from around the world, integrating the idea that food and health are intertwined.  A focus of this course is healthy cooking and cooking for special diets.
