CLN213 International Cuisine

This course introduces the student to a variety of cultural ingredients and cooking styles used throughout the globe. Different regions are covered in class each week through lectures, handouts, texts and hands-on production. Students gain experience and knowledge in preparing regional dishes and an understanding of the ingredients used in the following areas of the world.

May include but not limited to:

·       Asia,   Europe,   Middle East, Mexico, South America, Carribean Islands and British Isles
