PNS105 Issues and Trends in Practical Nursing

Students critically examine contemporary issues and trends in nursing practice to facilitate transition into the Licensed Practical Nursing role. Tropics include legal responsibilities, ethical-decision-making, and political forces affecting the practice of nursing. Emphasis is also given to quality improvement, patient outcomes and informatics.
