DHH018 English Structure II

This course is designed to help deaf and hard of hearing students develop competency in using proper grammatical English structure in their writing. The course focuses on reviewing grammatical structures taught in English Structure I, introducing new ones, and practicing them in writing. Topics covered include all verb tenses, active and passive voice, gerunds and infinitives, appositives, and use of "since" and "for".

PLEASE NOTE: This course is a developmental course and DOES NOT carry graduation credit. IT is NOT usually transferable. Since developmental courses are mandated courses, students who do not meet the exit criteria of C or better for English Structure II will be required to repeat the course.
