Alumni Advisory Board

Northern Essex Community College boasts a large and robust alumni community. The Advisory Board, an organization devoted to engaging the interests of NECC graduates, meets regularly to plan alumni events, conduct fundraising drives, allocate student scholarships and awards, organize reunions, and more. It is largely through the board that NECC maintains and strengthens its relationship with alumni and community members. NECC Foundation

Incorporated in 1972, the NECC Foundation, Inc. is a nonprofit organization established by members of the community to provide support for areas of need within the College.

The NECC Foundation:

  • assists the college by making connections with the business community
  • networks with other Foundations and other potential revenue sources
  • hosts an annual signature fundraising event

The Foundation Board of Directors meets quarterly and operates on a June to July fiscal year basis. Foundation Board members are appointed to multi-year terms. Women of NECC

Women of Northern Essex Community College is a volunteer organization dedicated to assisting Northern Essex Community College and its students. The organization generates funds for student scholarships and special projects by conducting a variety of fundraising events throughout the year, including a Fall Membership Tea and a June Gala Open House event.
