PED162 Foundations of Health and Fitness

Foundations of Health & Fitness is a course designed as an individual health improvement and maintenance program based on achieving wellness. The course merges fitness/exercise, nutrition/weight control and stress management into a single program to help students realize how healthy choices can lead to a better quality of life. Students are also provided with a series of physical fitness and wellness analyses.
