HUS201 Group Dynamics

This course is designed to help students increase their ability to work effectively in a variety of group situations. Students will learn how groups work and how individuals function within groups. Stages of group development and communication skills are discussed and practiced. Having an understanding of group process will also enable students to support individuals to use self-help groups and support groups available in the community. A minimum grade of C- must be earned in this course.
