RSC104 Introduction to Respiratory Disease

An introductory course in the pathology and treatment of those diseases and injuries that impair cardiorespiratory function. The role of the respiratory therapist in the diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of the patient, as well as the ability to work within the parameters of a Therapist Driven Protocol (TDP) and to develop a care plan is emphasized.
