DAS102 Dental Materials and Procedures

This course provides the student with an understanding of the wide range of natural and synthetic substances and products commonly used in the delivery of oral health care today. The student will learn the physical and biologic properties of current dental materials through class lecture as well as laboratory exercises where the student will demonstrate the efficient preparation, manipulation and practical application of dental materials.
