PED201 Strength & Conditioning

This course is designed to introduce the student to the theory and practice of strength & conditioning to increase performance and reduce injury in an athletic population. Topics covered will include neuromuscular, neuroendocrine and cardiovascular adaptations to conditioning and resistance training. Students will research and create a year-long strength & conditioning program.
