EST140 Manufacturing Safety

This course introduces students to safety practices in the manufacturing industry. Topics to be covered are: principles of safety, guidelines for equipment design and safety practices followed in manufacturing environment. Students will evaluate human reactions to particular conditions and compare it to safe working conditions and industry standards.
