Final Exam Period: Wednesday, December 13, through Tuesday, December 19

Make-up final period for all day courses will be Wednesday, December 20, 2017. This make up period is designed primarily for any emergency that would cause the college to close during the final exam period.

Day Classes That Meet Once Per Week

If administering a face-to-face final exam for a hybrid (day) course or any course that meets once per week, you must coordinate the use of the room.

  • Computer Labs: Contact your department/division administrative assistant.

This will ensure there is not a room scheduling conflicts.

The final should be scheduled during the final exam period as designated on the final exam schedule.

Important: Please contact the Registrar Office or Client Computing before November 17, 2017, to confirm a room.

Class rosters are available electronically through faculty self-service during the Fall, Spring and Summer semesters. The registrar will notify faculty electronically regarding rosters, NP rosters, and final roster submission and due dates.

Final grade rosters must be submitted through the faculty web online product. Grades MUST BE submitted by noon December 22 in the Fall, and May 16 in the Spring.

Summer Final Grades must be submitted by 12:00 noon as noted in the Summer Academic Calendar.
